Adjacent to our beautiful Vacation Rental Mansion is our 4 -Unit Apartment Building,
called "Cambridge Apartments" located at 461 N. Main Street, Gloversville, N.Y. 12078.
These Units are available for Long-Term Rental use and INCLUDE ALL UTILITIES as well as FREE WIFI, and FREE Communal washer and Dryer. Each Apartment also comes with 1 Off-Street Parking Spot.

**NOTE: This is a "NON-SMOKING", "No-VAPING" and "NO PET" Property.**
Each apartment operates on a Keyless Electronic Entry System. The building also features an Excellent Security Camera System and Smoke and Carbon Monoxide system providing our Renters with the best of safety and peace of mind.
They are FULLY FURNISHED, and Fully equipped with all kitchen appliances (except dishwashers) and includes all cookware, serve-ware, bakeware, and bathroom amenities.
Each apartment also has a 50" SMART TV, and 2 air conditioners and includes all linens, pillows, mattress and pillow protective covers.
Our goal, is to provide a Luxury Rental Experience while saving renters time and money. Our apartments are perfect for 3-6 months terms up to 1 year terms with option to renew.
Bonus Notes:
Apt #1 and Apt #3 have been redone, and feature Granite Kitchen Counter Tops.
Apt #2 and Apt #4 have also been updated, but do not yet feature Granite Kitchen Counter Tops.

Cambridge Apartments Residents also have the option to RENT The Cambridge Manor House Mansion Pool and Grill area (next door) at a discounted rate PER HOUR during the Summer Season provided Vacation Renters are NOT renting the Mansion.
